If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason—whether it’s due to damage during shipping or other concerns—please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to find a fair and satisfactory solution. We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, there is flat rate return shipping label fee of $15.0 , as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED & ISSUES
We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if your item is damaged during shipping, upon reception or for any other reason, please do not discard the product. We’ll need either a photograph of the damaged item to process your claim. If you dispose of the damaged product before contacting us, we may not be able to accept the return.

EXCEPTIONS & NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If the shipping address you provide is incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for any additional charges imposed by the carrier to correct the address.
RETURNED TO SENDER / UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your package is returned to us because it was undeliverable to the address provided, we will refund the cost of the products only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost. If you wish to have the package reshipped to a corrected address, we will do so for an additional shipping fee.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you change your mind about your order, you may return the items in new and unused condition with the original packaging and receipt within 5 days. Once we receive the return, we will refund the cost of the items minus any shipping charges along with flat rate shipping return fee ($15.0)
ORDER REFUSED
If you refuse delivery or if the carrier is unable to deliver your order, we will issue a full refund for the merchandise, minus any shipping charges.
SHELF LIFE
We guarantee that all products will have at least 6 months of shelf life remaining, unless otherwise specified on the product page. If you require a longer shelf life, please contact us before placing your order.
WHAT IS A "BEST BY DATE"?
A Best By Date is not an expiration date. It is a suggested date for when the product is at its peak flavor and quality. It is not related to safety. We do sell products past their Best By Date at a discount, as these items are still safe to consume and can be used for a long time.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
