Shipping Policy
WHEN DO WE SHIP ORDERS?
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM will be shipped the same day,
while orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the following business day (excluding weekends and major holidays). Please allow
2-4 business days for processing based on product availability.
SHIPPING ESTIMATE
Our shipping estimates depend on the selected shipping method:
Economy Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your
location.
Priority Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days after processing.
NOTE: The delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the carrier, destination, and time of year. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its progress.
OUR FAIR SHIPPING CALCULATION
Due to rising fuel costs, our carriers have increased shipping rates. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the distance from our warehouse.
NOTE: We do not profit from shipping. In most cases, the shipping and packaging costs are not fully covered by the charges we collect. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure your products arrive safely.
Many retailers absorb these costs by marking up their products. We believe in offering you our best prices on products, while providing you with fair and transparent shipping options. These charges are calculated during checkout for your review.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY NOTIFICATION
Once your package is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey. After the package has been delivered, we'll send you a follow-up email to confirm that it has arrived.
Please note, we are unable to know if a package hasn't been received unless we are notified by the customer. If you haven’t received your package, you have 14 days from the delivery date to reach out to us. After that, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate further.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME & SHIPPING DELAYS
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of your order for your package to be delivered. While we understand that delays can be frustrating, please keep in mind that circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, can sometimes cause unexpected delays. During the holiday season, shipping delays are common and to be expected.
NOTE: Once we hand your package over to the carrier, we no longer have control over the delivery timeline. For the most up-to-date information on your package, please refer to your tracking number and contact the carrier directly for quicker assistance before reaching out to us.
