This ghee from "Only Mellow" is pure bliss! Being a ghee lover, have tried it from all popular brands to find the best in terms of flavor, texture, aroma and additives-free just like the ghee we used to eat at home during my childhood but could never settle for one.
However, this ghee from Only Mellow is a wonderful addition in my kitchen. Be it sauteing, frying, roasting or just spreading on chapatis, it goes well with everything.
As a mother, I always watch the good fat intake for my growing children which supports the protein absorption also which is why I spread it on their chapatis, dosas, idlis and pour it in curries.
People who understand and value the importance of traditionally made clarified butter will always choose this for it has a wonderful texture and authentic taste.
